Going with my hubby's heritage and making the family an Italian meal tomorrow for the New Year. All from scratch: meatballs, chicken cutlets, red sauce, and bruschetta as an appetizer. The bruschetta has a different twist with added sun dried tomatoes. I need to post these recipes. They are great.
